A lot of how consumers really feel about the products and services they use is accessible only through direct observation. In other words the only way to get to the truth is to get personal.

Our ethnographic methodology focuses on individual and group behaviors in their natural environment on occasions and in situations where products are used and services are received. Nothing is assumed. Nothing is hearsay. Nothing is contrived.
